Burn Permits

CAL FIRE has declared Burn Suspension. All open burning permits are suspended until our region has received sufficient rainfall to burn safely. 

Open burning is allowed only on permissive burn days with a valid fire burn permit. Depending on the time of year and the size of your burn piles, you may need burn permits from Mendocino County Air Quality Management District Burn Information - MCAQMD, or Cal Fire Cal Fire Burn Permits, or both.
