Out of District Contract

Anderson Valley Fire Department is  legally required to bill for services rendered to non-residents. (Because of AVFD’s funding mechanisms, not billing constitutes a “gift of public funds”.) Property owners outside of the Anderson Valley Community Service District, but within Anderson Valley Fire Department’s service area, may wish to enter into an annual service contract with AVCSD to avoid billing in the event of emergency services rendered.
